How to place an order:
Please email your order/PO, resale certificate copy, art files and any other applicable forms along with shipping, billing and contact information to sales [at] gatorpromo [dot] com - Proof approval is required in writing prior to full production.
Art Work Requirements:
Camera Ready Vector art is required. PMS/Pantone colors can be matched best possible. Printed with CMYK process.
Embroidery samples and retail product samples are available - email us with a request. Covocup Samples are available at $60.00. This includes two tumblers, and will effect overall timeline production of full order.
Additional service is provided if necessary to assist in creating layouts at $60.00/hour. There is a one hour minimum charge.
Will call factory direct pickup for Covocup is available in Sarasota, FL. To estimate shipping - Covocup ships 25 Units/Box, 1 Box weight = 15lbs. - multiply 15lbs by the total number of boxes you will need and enter into the - UPS Calculator - Ship from is Sarasota, FL 34243. Additional costs will be incurred for expedited delivery. Email for exact quotes.
All custom orders which are changed or cancelled after emailed proofs have been processed and created, are subject to a $60.00 change order/cancellation fee.
Gator Promo products are custom made to order items - as a result payment in full is required in advance of production. For payment by check, please allow 4 business days for clearing, before production will begin. Credit cards are charged after proof approval. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted - 3% Merchant fees apply.
